SmithCorp has grown from a recruitment start-up into one of the leading independent recruitment groups in the UK, specialising in education.
SmithCorp is the vision of brothers Adam, Daniel and Dominic Smith who founded the business back in 2004 with the launch of JJFox. Since then, the business has successfully scaled into a group of brands focussed on providing recruitment services to the education sector.
The guiding principles and values that have driven the business for over 20 years, continue to influence the way we work and our approach to recruitment. Our ethos around people, passion & progress, remains unchanged. We have always chosen to grow organically and promote from within.
Many of the senior leaders we have today started as recruitment consultants and have progressed through the business. We continue to invest in our people, giving them the training and development they need to grow and to be successful.
